be made available to everyone one week in advance of the event (upload instructions to follow). On the day, online participants will be invited to give a 5-minute refresher/summary of their pre-recorded presentation during the ‘live’ panels. We think this
is the best way to include as much as possible while ensuring the online presenters can fully participate in the discussion part of their respective panels. The panels will all be a mixture of in-person and online presenters and we will allow plenty of time
