<p>have others also received this from the /etc organisers? they say
thursday is the best day for our session, however this would mean
that either donna, oooo or laura would not be there.</p>
<p>i don't yet know when my UpStage session will be scheduled; &
i think i'm probably the least important person to be present for
the systerserver session, given my lack of technical ability. so
if there's another time that would be better for everyone else,
i'm happy to not be there. (but unless they're planning
overlapping sessions, i'm actually there all the time ... )<br>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">in order to create a
schedule we are trying to arrange all sessions
according to the availability of the speakers.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">The session
"SYSADMINSYSTERS UNITE" currently involves the
following speakers:<br>
Mara, ooooo, helen varley jamieson, Gaba, natx, Donna
Metzlar, laura pierson.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">One day all of you seem to
be in Berlin and available for /ETC is Thursday.
However ooooo is available from 1pm on, Laura from
5.30pm on, but Donna's availability is only until 1pm
on that Thursday. Can you please coordinate among you
and <em>UPDATE YOUR AVAILABILITY IN PRETALX</em> (I
don't want to scream at you, only so you will
definitely read that part :) ).</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Otherwise we will have a
hard time putting your session on the schedule, and we
really really want to!</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Btw. we know that Gaba
sadly can't be in Berlin, it's not a problem for us if
Gaba stays as listed in the session for now.</p>
