<p>Hi, </p>
<p>Thanks to all who put this together, it's great and I hope to
meet at AMRO soon :) </p>
<p>Since my name is now on the list below, I'll make minor
suggestions here and will be available to discuss further about
the workshop when it's accepted. </p>
<p>I like the changes suggested by Helen, and would like to add to
the answer about radical openness : it's about "opening up the
hardware and software and **keeping them open** by sharing the
knowledge on how stuff works ..." and "challenge the closed box" </p>
<p>I put this one and the next answer in the doc, lines 161 and
169. </p>

<p>after that, we need to answer the question "What does
"radically open" mean to you?" - i think it's very important
to answer this, as that's the heart of the festival. for
example, radically open for us means literally opening up the
hardware & software & getting into the guts of it; it
means knowing how stuff works, not just accepting a closed
box.</p>
<p>& "How do you F/LOSS?" - we need to answer how we
communicate our approach to open source - e.g. through our
long-standing community, shared learning experiences, working
together on the servers and tools/platforms, mailing lists
& workshops & being open to new people coming in,
giving workshops, presentations, book chapters, etc.</p>
<p>i'm travelling at the moment but will try to look again later
this evening (i'm in nz so that's friday morning in europe)</p>

- we can arrange a meeting by the end of week (let's

- then by Jan 14th, we can review the application on
the pad so I can send it before the deadline (Jan
16th, 16:26 CET).</p>

workshop there! <br>
My suggestion is to propose a session on community
VPN tunnelling because it'd fit the topic quite
well IMO. And it'd also be a nice occasion to
extend the existing networks and improving docs. <br>
