<body><div dir="auto">Hi Wolfi,<br><br>We will need to troubleshoot that by running a few commands to be able to diagnose the disks errors (is it physical, or logical disk errors, bad sectors or something else). <br>Would you be able to assist us with a bootable USB while we are on a call together coordinating what commands to run?<br>If yes, what are your office times?<br>We could call you on signal if you provide us with a contact number.<br><br>We would be grateful if we could make an error diagnosis this week.
