<li>we established that both tube.systerserver.net &
media.caladona.org are running old versions of peertube (7
& 5.1 respectively - current version is 8) so both
should be upgraded;</li>
<li>but we need admin access / knowledge to do that - who has
admin access?</li>
<li>upgrading both instances may solve the problems (embedding
& federating)</li>
<li>meanwhile we discovered a workaround: videos from
systerserver that were already federated to caladona can be
embedded with the link from caladona, & this works.
however the caladona server is currently quite precarious so
this is not a reliable long-term solution.</li>
</ul>
<p>so the next steps are to upgrade to the latest version of
peertube & see if this solves both problems. who can help
with this? we need admin access.</p>
