[Adminsysters] systerserver status and networks

Hi!

As I wrote before there is a network of groups doing autonomous infrastructure being formed (I’m actively participating in it and helping it to get off the ground).

The first proposal for organizing is :

- Does systerserver want to participate in this?
- If it does then how, who and a discussion about proposal zero needs to happen.
