thank you for being pro-active and making necessary changes to our tools.

just a quick note that since our servers has started to get more active,
we need to:
- keep the Changelog updated with our actions, even if is just a casual
apt get update. There is info missing from latest actions, please make
sure to append to Changelog.

- inform the list, and await for feedback before new software install,
fixes/updates that may affect our services (we lost our latest polls for
our sysadmin and residence meetings last week due to an open sondage fix)

During our work we will need to come up with a code of servers managing.
So let's keep that in mind. Boarding new admins, internal communication
etc, those things can go to a page or wiki in our gitlab, and slowly
expand it as we go.
