Came back to setup the db again but still was getting the same error
(422 when trying to change password). I added what I did to the changelog.

Then I added "RequestHeader set X_FORWARDED_PROTO 'https'" to the apache
configuration [0] and it worked! This sets the protocol [1] to be used
when redirecting to nginx that is what gitlab is running on locally in
the server.

Now we have a gitlab server in https://git.systerserver.town/

Next steps:

1) importing data from https://git.systerserver.net
2) changing git.systerserver.net to point to the new server.
