[Adminsysters] meeting tonight?

hi everyone,

i'm not sure if there is a meeting tonight, but i am putting in my
apologies in case there is, as i really need some time afk. i've had a
full-on week, as my hard drive died on me last saturday ... it's been
full-on but actually very positive, my geek-confidence has definitely
risen! :) i did open-laptop surgery & replaced the drive, reinstalled
ubuntu & got the most necessary applications up & running. then i got an
external hard drive casing & put my old hard drive in it, & to my
delight & amazement managed to access almost all of my data :) i had a
very recent backup of my documents, but my email backup was 2 months old
so that was nice to get it all back.

amazingly i had no urgent work to do on monday or tuesday; but then from
wednesday on i've had lots of meetings & am now doing minutes & other
things from those minutes. & this weekend i'm participating in an 8-hour
"Ideathon" that starts at 3:30am european time on sunday morning ... :D
:D :D  so tonight i'm hoping to stay away from the screen & go to bed early!

i have got element reinstalled & been into that with donna - still
haven't managed to verify it all again, so that's a job for next week ...

i hope you have a good meeting, if there is one, or else relaxing friday
evenings!
