[Adminsysters] systerserver - gitlab new project

hey
if i try to make a new project  in my ooooo gitlab user - it seems the
button dissappears from my screen

if i go to https://git.systerserver.net//projects/new
i get the error: Project Creation/Transfer failed: Namespace is not
valid

is it because i am not an administrator?
