We had agreed to have our sys-admins meeting on the 27th of August, but
I'd like to postpone it for next week so hopefully more people can join.

Our notes on the etherpad from the meeting with the Belgian fund
(kunstenpunt) and the budget excel are at the moment down (the server is
down).
We will share here once the server is back again.
We will discuss the feedback we got, our plan and availability for the
