[Adminsysters] Gitlab bugs

Hi,

just a heads-up that I worked on our gitlab last week, for which
downloading compressed folder of public repositories' code wasn't
working. And cloning over https wasn't working either. Since version 8.x
gitlab changed the proxy from unicorn to workhorse, but our apache had
the old configuration

Our gitlab also needs upgrade, I've opened new issues for that, and we
shall do it next month.
