[Adminsysters] store secrets

thank you igni, we managed to make it work for everyone in the last
meeting. so no need for another one. we also updated the docs:
https://git.systerserver.net/systerserver/systersecrets

so from now on we will be encrypting our secrets for the server via this
git repo. Follow the steps above in the repo, if you want to be part.
