[Adminsysters] peertube name poll

We cannot work around the systersever as a domain name. Also, as per the
peertube docs, we cannot change the subdomain once the instance is
installed :(
We could re-install it though, since we haven't created anything
customized yet.

So the name is for the logo in the website. And perhaps we can change
the subdomain if we are really motivated to reinstall it.

I like tap. I also thought of something more mundane -> channel(s).
If we are going to change the subdomain too, we need to decide by our
next peertube workshop, that is next Thursday (looking at the poll)

BTW, something we found very disappointing in peertube, is that we
cannot have common channels. Each account can only create their own
channels. Very youtube-like.
