mur.at's uplink is 100Mbit symmetric

adele.mur.at is connected to our backbone via a 1 Gbit ethernet link.

iperf is perfectly fine for testing bandwidth IMHO.
the newer iperf3 has extended features for that.

we are actually contemplating setting up a peertube instance ourselves!
so we are in the process of considering the implications of streaming
traffic which ensues.
