[Adminsysters] peertube installation

i don't think i've seen a documentation as readable in a git issue as
this before! thank you @artemis, @e.zn!!

so we are now stuck in the apache configuration. official docs provide
only nginx support. ignifugo suggested to try to install nginx along
with apache. any thoughts on this?
