[Adminsysters] upgrading mastodon

Hi!

We meet and took notes [0]. There were issues doing the migration and we 
documented it in the pad. I will go back later and continue with it.

We need to have this upgrade if we want to move to hometown. Moving to 
other server once we have mastodon upgraded will be very easy. We were 
thinking on using adele for it.
