[Adminsysters] adele <> docker

hi,
this is to communicate a long-brew idea: to make server maintenance a bit easier and in a spirit of learning new tools together, maybe at some point in future we could start moving towards docker if there are no objections.

and also when the time comes [probably in june?] to migrate systertown to jean, we cld do it in docker [?].
