[Adminsysters] [SERVPUB] Changing subdomain name routing in nginx config

Hi,

We are planning on making a small change to the subdomain name on the Servpub project, changing a subdomain from wiki2print to wiki4print which will require a reload of the nginx config today on Jean. Nothing major.
