[Adminsysters] VPN on Jean

Dear people,

We would like to setup a VPN on our upgraded jean server for two months 
during the summer (July-August). It is a prototype for a collaborative 
project between Aarhus, UAL and LSBU universities and the in-grid 
collective.

in-grid will be our guest sysadmins to try out setting up and 
configuring the VPN with systerserver's support.

Before continuing we would like to get the green light from you.
