[Adminsysters] Sovereign Tech Fund security code

hi Anne,

i registered with my email some time ago to look around and then we decided to apply for it as systerserver.
on the day of the deadline i applied last minute, again with my account, because when i requested the code for systerserver email i didnt notice it has landed in the spam.
i had to leave right after i applied and i was planning to relay this or the list but got swamped with a lot of other 'chores'
