[Adminsysters] VPN on Jean: first work session

dear all, we will have the session this friday, 28 Aug, at 4.30 PM CEST
meeting at jitsi https://visio.futuretic.fr/360

added at nextcloud calendar too.

we start with setup jean server with nginx, open required ports for the 
vpn, install tinc, and see how far we go.

sysadmins of systerserver are welcome!

we can think of an open session to other ppl later, to share knowledge.
