we reached out to https://vedetas.org
to have a bbb instance, as constant one was down.
As it was accelerated need, we did the procedure to fill in the form in 
portugese and ask for systerserver and ooooo to have access max 30 
people, max 5 camera's, 1 in 3 months.
We used ooooo's email adress and administrative name - as they know us; 
and accelarated the process.
Finally we are not using it for today - so we can ask also to change 
credentials -- ( or make more users)
