[Adminsysters] [BACKUP SERVER] -[void] relocation

hi,

it seems our backups disappear in the void. / we checked vpn was up the 
other day -
today we have  online ssh: connect to host 80.67.181.168 port 22: No 
route to host
tonight we will be home and double check.

In the meantime we also have an 'office' in Antwerp / 
https://www.archipel.site/ and there is some racking in what used to be 
the network room of a energy company.
I thought it i maybe better for now to move backup server there as our 
electricity is included - and it is high up, less water challenges than 
in S14 basement. [more info on house] <https://www.ooooo.be>

It is also behind a wireless antwerp node as in S14 
<https://www.ooooo.be/nowhere/plogger/platform/install-public-wifi/index.html> 
so we can still reach it also from within the local sub network

we can put key from studio in S14 so it is for everybody reachable by 
ringing the doorbell in any urgencies  /

What do you think can we move it  ? Any critical opinions?
