[Adminsysters] nextcloud and pass

Hi rocks,

I'm not updated to the mailinglist of 900messages  :/
so sorry if I'm writing maybe something not actualized

but.. I would like give my contribution to have a take care session to 2 
our tools:

our nextcloud instance and our pass store instance!

For nextcloud we have to update in 3 steps:
from 27.1.2.1 to 27.1.11
from 27.1.11 to 28.0.7
from 28.0.7 to 29.0.3

and about pass, we have to check to update our gpg key and add who is 
missing. Because if there are expired key is no more possible add 
secrets, so we have to update the key expired or remove.

I'm available in the last week of july.
