Hi All,

At our last Infrared meeting I floated the idea of us collaborating on a 
campaign to get people to leave GMail.

With the war on Gaza on everyone's mind - and the recent news of Google 
deepening their relationship with the Israeli military, it seems like a 
good opportunity to remind our friends on the left that there is a 
vibrant ecosystem of alternatives to corporate spy email. By doing it 
together, as Infrared, it sends a much stronger message than any one of 
us could do on our own.

I don't have any grand plan - just the seed of an idea that we could 
build out a web page with some practical resources on how to move away 
from GMail and jointly promote it.

If anyone is interested in developing this idea - let's meet next
