[Adminsysters] [SERVPUB] Adding a user + reverse proxy routing fix for servpub.net

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that as the Servpub book project is starting to kick-off properly, In-grid will be a bit more active on these lists in the coming months!

Today we are planning to do a bit of work on Jean:

- As discussed with Mara, we are adding a new user account for an In-grid member Johanna on Jean server
- We are also installing some software on the servpub.net pi, so we foresee that we will need to mostly likely put in the same reverse proxy fix for the routing that we did for wiki4print static assets/php problem.
