[Adminsysters] [INFRA] Backup jean & adele

Hi everyone,

About the last session dedicated to backing up jean & adele: we're not 
sure the backups were complete because their (compressed) destination 
size was much inferior to the original one.

So should we try again?

     I guess we should have more than a single backup/month so *maybe we 
can start again before we do anything else*, right? Before we have a 
backup policy running automatically, maybe we can start each session 
with a manual one, no?

What are the next goals?

     Since I arrived recently I'm not very up to date. But as far as I 
could see, we might have to perform some *migrations to debian bookworm* 
before we can *set up the backup policy*. No?

When should we meet?

     Would next wednesday be fine? Or the one after?
