[Adminsysters] requesting a list for the femual

Hi again,

Here I am now for a special request : we'd like to open a mailing-list 
dedicated to the fem project.

As we introduced it in the previous /etc, it's a cyber/transfeminist 
documentation project that mainly consists in :

- a fork/rewrite of the man Unix command that would gather stories, 
testimonials, resources, and so on;

- writing workshops in festivals and gatherings to contribute to it out 
of our own experiences: Writing A Fucking Femual.

The mailing-list would allow the people interested in the project to 
keep all the people interested up-to-date and discuss the developments 
of the project. We'll try to make it bilingual (french-english) at least 
by default because some participants don't speak english.
