[Adminsysters] European Network bid and Syster Server

hello all,
this is a recap from our meeting with cecile, sharon, mara, ooooo and
me. we were following up the proposal of including systerserver as a
non-academic training partner into the application for a technopolitical
phd-network of 12 students at european universities (sept 2026- sept 2027):
there was great interest in finding ways for a non-extractivist/
non-exhausting collaboration. the proposal is not fix but could look
something like this:
- systerserver holds 1 workshop (1 or 2 days, online or hybrid) for all
12 students (could involve the servpub project, our tube feminist video
platform or even my research on feminist data practices ... anything
related to feminist servers)
- over the course of 6-12 months, systerserver goes into a training
collaboration with one student, meeting 2 times per month (this could
look like an artistic research residency or developing a new feature or
protocol for one of the services or a shared archiving practice
depending on the student's skills and interests)
for figuring out the application they need to know:

euro for 1 workshop day and around 60 euro per person for the training
days. does this sound good? should we ask for more? other suggestions?
