I did:
- an user for the backup: adele_backup and add her password of the 
sshkey and her user (is the same) to our passwordstore systersecret 
repository. Adele_backup is not in the sudoers list. (tell me if we have 
to put in)

- I deleted 6GB of log of nextcloud

- I did the script rsync to copy the directory of nextcloud but also the 
db and the config, to have all at the same time

- I runned it, the speed looks be.. 2MB per second

I checked the permissions on the files looks well, the users changed. we 
have to take notes about it I think.. do you have better ideas?
