hi

yesterday me and Donna met with Astraea to discuss the scope of work. We 
can send our application the latest on the 21st April. We would like to 
propose a meeting to talk through the main points of the application 
regarding work load, how we can organise ourselves to work with them and 
the scope of work in more detail.

I made a poll for the coming three days, since Wed/Thurs I cannot meet, 
and then is the Easter holiday. The sooner we can meet the better, e.g
