[Adminsysters] new tinc alliances with actinomy

hi all,

quick report from the affective log residency in antwerp with actinomy 
(bremen based feminist server). we had a long session following the 
hackers and designers documentation from e.zn 
(https://etherpad.hackersanddesigners.nl/p/hd_infrastructures-tinc) and 
added one of actinomy's machines (with website: https://actinomy.space) 
to the tinc network! a buffering sonic celebration of this can be found 
on our tube: (https://tube.systerserver.net/w/q8yMmUtfiRCXhhqHf7crGZ).

we also encountered some difficulties on the way that we didn't take 
time to solve yet (caladona was listed as host and it's not clear how to 
delete nodes). would be good to look into this at some point.
