The 4D call, organised by Xnet and Fundació .cat, offers financial 
support of €10,000 to 15,000 to 2 to 4 projects with digital rights and 
commons as a matrix.

The 4D Call aims to support projects focused on making digitalisation 
democratic and/or digital rights systematically applied to public or 
private governance.

The deadline for submitting projects is May 18, 2025, for all types of 
projects, and _extended to May 25 for *projects led by women.*_


*The application is intentionally designed to take no more than 15 minutes.*


Due to a specific Next Generation financial suport that we have received 
today from Departament d'Empresa i Treball of the Generalitat de 
Catalunya, at least *one of the awards will be for a project led by 
woman/en*.
