hello

on adele, i disabled the backup service, until we get them on our VPN to 
be able to reach our backup server.

on jean, i changed the backup script to send emails only on failure.

we have been receiving daily emails on these, and we had decided to 
change them accordingly in our last meeting.

a reminder to keep the Changelog in adele + CHANGELOG in jean up to 
date, when we are doing work. e.g the nextcloud upgrade is missing.
