great, thanks gaba!

i don't see the folder on nextcloud - unless you mean the one in the 
Systertown folder? this is where i've been copying meeting notes from 
our mastodon meetings. it would be good to have a separate folder for 
mailing list management.

actually on nextcloud there is a lot of generic nextcloud stuff, photos 
& templates ... would be good to delete that stuff, no? otherwise it's 
just cluttering up the space & making it more difficult to find what we 
need ... for example the Documents folder only has nextcloud stuff in 
it; we could either delete it or rename the folder Nextcloud Info?
