I think it's a great idea to start a monthly meeting, i hope it goes well.

You don't even need an account to propose another date, i just made one without an account. It says "To participate, register with a name." but that can be any name, it doesn't need an account. but still write an email to the group, so that people who already voted can vote on your proposed date.
