[Adminsysters] MAILINGLIST for feminist group inside od italian hackmeeting

This mailing list, Adminsysters, is not part of adele, so our changes do not affect this list. Which is handy in case our server is down, we can still use this list.

Yesterday, we installed all required software and made confirmations on the server side. 
We are now in the process of adding the DNS records on our provider tuxic.
