[Adminsysters] AMRO - becoming unreadable

hi all,

thank you for enthusiastic replies! I've never been to AMRO yet so I'd 
be even more glad to meet you all there.

Since I'm very bad at following up date polls in general, I'd rather 
propose this:
- I started filling and copypasting the form on a pad 
<https://pad.public.cat/sEaH4tR5Q5i1aK6fpWm6hw#> with basic values;
- we can arrange a meeting by the end of week (let's say tuesday 16:00 
CET unless we can arrange a more consensual timeslot) to go deeper into 
our intentions and the format we want to propose;
- then by Jan 14th, we can review the application on the pad so I can 
send it before the deadline (Jan 16th, 16:26 CET).

Any other suggestion?
