[Adminsysters] Funds, maintenance, peertube

Hello!

We have good news, we got the funding! Yeah :))
The committee decided unanimously to support our proposal!

Among other things, that means that for 9 months, starting from
September we can pay sysadmins from our group to do backups and
maintenance for both systerserver and anarchaserver 400e per month, and
cover servers' costs for 2021 and probably 2022 as well (there is 500e
reserved for unforeseen expenses).

I have attached here the application with the planning activity and
budget overview for peertube install, 3 video hosting residencies, 3
workshops, sysadmin work.
