i made some comments on the pad. it's a good start, there are some 
things that seem a bit irrelevant or unnecessary or unclear.

i think this page https://chaos.social/terms is helpful, especially the 
beginning where it gives a plain language introduction. it's important 
to have this at the top of the list of dos & donts.
