[Adminsysters] Mastodon - what do we want and how do we want it

Hi everyone,

Sorry to bring the mood a bit down, but I'm seeing many new
registrations on our mastodon, while we haven't yet a policy meeting.
Can we slow down a bit?
Also wld like to discuss a member contribution mechanism for our instance.

Just adding a date here to decide a policy meeting won't work for
moderators and sysadmins to find a good date/time. Can someone please
make a date poll?
Just to let you know, that I am UTC+2, and I cannot be in a late evening
meeting such as 19.00 UTC, can we aim for latest starting at 18:00 UTC
instead?

Thank you.
Mara
