[Adminsysters] new members joining

dear all,

a small info for those who are new in the list. Please make a formal 
introduction of yourselves in this list if you haven't done already 
including how you got to discover systererver. Even if you know some of 
us in person, we don't make internal introductions to the rest of the 
adminsysters on behalf of new members.

For our meetings, we try to be on time and from past experience we 
gathered that coming a bit prepared about the issue in hand has proved 
very helpful. Last but important notes, we try to be mindful of the 
air/talking space we take during our online meetups and provide the 
space for feeling comfortable to ask any question.

It would be nice to write a protocol/netiquette for joining systerver 
and how we work according to feminist pedagogies either on our website, 
or maybe as a text to send over when new members request to register in 
the list. Or both :)
