peertube videos looks are in /var ..
but, probably we need to backup also the db and maybe other config..
I'm not the expert about peertube

I can revert what done yesterday, I just created an user (adele_backup 
on jean) and backupped nextcloud dir on jean.

no problem. keep me update about the other plan
