[Adminsysters] { session } -- adele >> borg + tinc

S14 is our backup server for adele, in a home's basement from one of us, 
we also call it leverburns, and s14 derives from its physical address.

at s14 we had for 2 years a VPN with neutrinet (which is a VPN ngo) to 
obtain a static IP for the backup server and run our borg backups daily 
between s14 and adele.

This summer we stopped that VPN service, and the plan was to connect 
with s14 through the new VPN we installed on Jean.
However as I understood, because of different supported versions of the 
VPN tinc software, adele has to be upgraded to run the same tinc version 
as jean and s14. Correct me if am wrong @ezn @ada @ooooo @gaba.

And in any case adele has to be upgraded to latest debian. So my 
suggestion is to either get the neutrinet VPN back for a month and do a 
full backup at s14, and then the upgrade.
Or we could also use jean to do a miror backup of adele if jean's disk 
space allows it.
Or we could ask mur, if they can do a full disk backup for us?
