Hi

We met today with Helen, nats, ezn and me to discuss timelines, 
availabilities and next meetings.
Here are the timelines we agreed:
- Deadline for writing contributions end of July - Mara, ooooo, nats, 
Nancy
- Editing, proof-reading & tech checking - August-September - Helen, 
Gaba, ezn
- Checking, rewriting - October-November - everyone
- Final proofread & tech check - November - Helen, Gaba, ezn
- Finished text - December

We want to have another online meeting on the **30th of May** while nats 
is in Antwerp with ooooo.
The meeting will be to discuss what they would like to write either 
relevant or complementary to the chapter's existing structure here:

@nancy is that date feasible for you? 30th of May, and what time would 
work best for you?
If you would like to propose another time/date, could you make a poll 
for that?
