[Adminsysters] Seeking consultancy for digital infrastructure maintenance

Hi Syster Server Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Raviva Hanser and I'm the Senior Program Officer for Capacity Strengthening at the Astraea Foundation<http://astraeafoundation.org>. I was referred to your work and recommended to reach out by my colleagues at the Association for Progressive Communications (APC<http://apc.org>).

We are currently seeking a service provider to maintain and service a digital infrastructure that was built and customized for Astraea’s activist gatherings. We currently run a series of services in a bare metal server hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Each individual service is hosted in a separate virtual machine using kvm virtualization. These services form the online infrastructure that supports organizing gatherings on- and offline. This digital infrastructure was developed, deployed and maintained by an organization which will no longer be performing these tasks.

I'm attaching here a scope of work that gives more insight into what we have in mind. Please let me know if this work is aligned with your experience and interest. Feel free to share with other folks in your network who you think might be a good fit, too.

We're asking for one-page letters of interest with your expected rates to be shared with me by April 11th, 2025. I'm also happy to answer any questions or provide more background information.
