Oh no :(

Ideally one of us should be on site to troubleshoot this because it will 
take some time. I can't imagine we can ask the mur.at NOC team to do it. 
I mean I would want to make a bootable USB stick and from there run 
commands to see why both hard disks are not responding. I mean I would 
even look into doing BIOS updates. Etcetera.
