Hi Wolfi,

We will need to troubleshoot that by running a few commands to be able to diagnose the disks errors (is it physical, or logical disk errors, bad sectors or something else). 
Would you be able to assist us with a bootable USB while we are on a call together coordinating what commands to run?
If yes, what are your office times?
We could call you on signal if you provide us with a contact number.

We would be grateful if we could make an error diagnosis this week. Jean hosts a community mastodon and a VPN service that provides internet access to other home based servers, so it is quite crucial to troubleshoot this sooner than later.
