[Adminsysters] [INFRA] adele debian upgrade

hi,

today we quick meet in 3: estragon, aicarmela and me to just check the 
vulnerability of https://copy.fail/#affected

we need to upgrade to debian 13 to be fine/safe.

So we started some steps..

Here our note: https://eth.leverburns.blue/p/systerserver-sysadmin

Quick summary: check the kernel version on Adele (6.1), check if that 
module is running, run the suggested command to disable it

check if the version of postgreSQL will change in the upgrade from 
Debian12 to 13 and sounds NO. We did a dump of all our databases 
(nextcloud, gitlab, peertube, mailman) just to be sure.

Next meeting, could be the time to do the sysupgrade!
